    Default Sweet tooth?

I'm sitting here eating chocolate feeling really, well yuk. I wish there was something sweet and yummy that would satisfy my sweet tooth with out being full of sugar and other bad things.

So I'm wondering what do you eat to satisfy your sweet tooth with out all the nasties?...... Recipes?

This is really boring and probably not the answer you were looking for... But when i'm trying to be good I find an orange after dinner hits the spot. Sweet and healthy

Thanks for replying, any suggestions are welcome . I tend to eat few pieces of fruit during the day. I might just have to try good old fashioned will power or a hot chocolate

A hot milo, hot chocolate or chai latte for me. Doesn't feel as yuck as half a block of chocolate.

Willpower..... is that the same thing as the Donna Hay chocolate brownies with ice cream that I had tonight?

Agreed, a nice cup of tea often helps me. If I'm really craving sweets I try to have a chai latte. I figure it's the lesser of two evils. I bought some nice ones a few weeks ago, Tetley brand I think.
