    Default Help!! Sore throat :(

    Please give me your miracle sore throat cures!!

    I ALWAYS get sore throats...

    I've tried everything I can think of

    Betadine sore throat gargle - worked the first few times an now it no linger works for me

    Salt water does nothing
    Strepsils - nothing
    Panadol - nothing

    Ive now been gargling difflam and again this USED to work but now does nothing

    It hurts to swallow and it's scratchy and I can't stop myself from swallowing

    Help

    1 teaspoon morning and night of manuka honey

    I just had a teaspoon of honey - don't know what type, but I then had to clean my teeth for bed and now im back to square one

    Manuka has antiviral and antibacterial actions, you can usually only get it from health food or organic shops, totally different to commercial honey
