Smile What toy does your 3 year old girl love to play with?

I ask because mine barely plays with any toys at all!

Right now I'm wishing she would because we are in a holiday unit and it's raining and messy play is out of the question.

I just can't seem to find any type of toy that occupies her for more than a second.

She is into books and drawing... but we have so many books and read so much that she seems to be bored with it now unless it's bedtime. I gave her no mess colour wonder pens today for drawing but she's done with that...

How does your 3 year old girl play and is there a toy she just loves?

My four year old was given some My Little Ponies and she just loves them. She also loves puzzles, felt books (where you make a picture on each page with felt shapes), Junior Monopoly, Guess Who, and Snap.

my 3 year old likes my little ponies, dress ups, any kind of role playing. Pretends to cook, clean etc with anything. Just tried to give me some juice out of what is actually his dirty sock.

Maybe buy some balloons and play balloon tennis with some spoons as your rackets. Might entertain her for 15 mins.

I'm not much help, my 3 y/o seems to need constant entertainment these days. Anything is fun, puzzles, board games, card games, egg and spoon races, coloring, craft....providing I am playing with her.

Both my DS and DD really loved pretend food/cooking toys at that age. They especially loved a little toy microwave and making cups of tea etc...

Try & find some Crayola Slick Stix - they are super smooth crayons and so bold. My ds (5) loves them and so do his cousins including my 3yo niece who spends ages drawing with them. They glide over the paper and produce a really vivid colour that can also be blended. It's a different sort of drawing experience and the novelty takes a while to wear off!
