    Hi Danii

It all depends on how quickly your body breaks down the HCG. Some ladies break it down quicker and some take longer. As a guide most FS's will say don't test any sooner than 7DPT.

That way if there is any HCG trigger left then it will be a small amount.

How many days past trigger are you? How dark or light ere the lines?

Oh bugga. It doesn't matter if you'vebeen doing this 5 minutes of 12 years we still get our hopes up. What would we have left if we didn't have some hope???

Hope is all we have left.

Hi, Im glad I found this. I had this same question this morning. I triggered 7 days ago.I had my 5dt yesterday and tested this morning just to see how strong the lines would come up. It came up with a neg. Not even a hint of 2lines. Now I had drunk two cups of tea and a glass of water before I took the test so probably very diluted and a little wasteful but Im satisfied all my overdril is gone.
