    Default Menu plan: school lunches

    Short week this week, but I have done the plan for this week and next.

    Tuesday:
    Container of plain yoghurt and cut up strawberries
    Tub of salad (egg, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, capsicum, grated cheese)
    Container of watermelon
    Container of biscuits

    Wednesday:
    Container of watermelon
    Container of rice crackers, cheese and olives
    Container of raw veges
    Mighty Mite sandwich
    Banana

    Thursday:
    Pikelets with jam
    Container of kidney beans and tomato sauce
    Mighty Mite sandwich
    Container of watermelon
    Apple

    Friday:
    Salad
    Mighty Mite sandwich
    Yoghurt
    Banana bread
    Apple

    Monday:
    Rice crackers with cheese and olives
    Container of strawberries
    Banana
    Boiled egg
    Apple
    Raw vegie sticks
    Mighty Mite sandwich
    Yoghurt

    Tuesday:
    Tub of salad
    Sandwich
    Biscuits
    Yoghurt
    Apple
    Mandarine

    Wednesday:
    Container of dates, dried apricots and banana chips
    Yoghurt
    Baked beans
    Sandwich
    Melon balls

    Thursday:
    Corn on the cob (boiled, cold)
    Boiled egg
    Raw vegies
    Banana and yoghurt
    Sandwich
    Apple

    Friday:
    Mini cupcakes
    Melon balls
    Sandwich
    Apple
    Yoghurt
    Salad roll

    That takes us to the end of the term

    This thread came up at the perfect time.I was just saying that I wanted to cut all the processed foods out of Jacobs diet and this has some great ideas.

    I normally only plan a week at a time, but with only 2 weeks left I wanted to do it now lol. We have litter free lunch boxes, and dd only drinks water from her water bottle, no juice or anything.

    do you eat all this food aswell or do u just buy/make it all for school lunches?

    No lol. We have the same breakfast, and eat together of an evening but I tend to have just a sandwich, unless I have people over or go somewhere.

    Cold, cooked broccoli is another fave of hers too. I can't eat it cold.
