They're forecasting 'heavy hail' for tomorrow night too now.

I'm going to keep the kids home from school until this weather passes. Don't feel safe driving. Was told a man had a bad accident on Ennis Ave last night swerving from a tree branch.

I've considered doing the same. I'm a new driver and coming home from a birthday yesterday made me really nervous. There was a big accident in girawheen (can't spell it lol)

I'm probably going to take the kids to daycare (2 mins away) but I work in kalamunda so it's a long way and the boom gates always get stuck, and there are loads of trees (and I want to sit on the couch and drink hot chocolate)

Our school is only 2 mins away as well but I really don't need to get all 3 kids in and out of the car to drop 1 off. Besides I'm just sad that today was school and daycare for all 3 and there was no power at their school which also has the daycare

We lost power for a few hours yesterday, but all good down here now.
    Hope everyone stays safe!

We still have no power in Pinjarra, lucky my mum got power back last night around 9:00pm. So we are hanging here for the day, feels good to finally be able to eat properly & keep warm. Not looking forward to tonight (Tuesday night) & in the morning (Wednesday morning) if this weather comes back. They are
Saying it will be worse then Sunday.

Hate this weather. I live in a fibro shack and really hope we don't blow away.

Apparently WP wont pay out because the power outage is due to weather damage and not by any fault/issue caused by WP

But I guess filling out the form and hoping they will pay something is better than sitting here in the dark lol
