Default What do you think about Swaddle Pod or Swaddle Me?

    Hi Mommies,

My bubs be due mid Oct and I am doing shopping and came across this product...

Just wondering if any of you have tried Swaddle Pod or Swaddle Me for your newborns. For the one that you used, what do you think about it? Any pros or cons? Does it really help with better sleep? Is it suitable for spring as that is the time my bubs due.

Or is there any other brands/products that you used that is equally fantastic, pls share with me.

I have some links here if you want to know what I am talking about :

Ds (and all of my neighbour's kids) have lived in the Swaddled Me's I bought. They're great.

Eta, pros are easy to change without unwrapping, can go in the car without unwrapping, I found DS slept much better. Cons, cost.

Check out the Love To Dream swaddle - similar to the pod you posted a link of.

They're fantastic, bub sleeps with arms up/hands near face (natural sleeping position for bubs) and can get them with zippered arms for when transitioning out of wrap later on.any mums on here love them

DD loves the love to dream swaddle! She's worn it since we got home from the hospital. You can get them at most baby stores or online. Their website has a list of stockists. http://www.lovetodream.com.au

I brought mine at Baby Bunting, or as PP said, they have their own online store.

Also you can get them on EBay now - if money is an issue, perhaps buy a second hand one first to try. Once they're washed they're no different to new anyway

I give them as baby shower presents now, I love them so much. I'll never bother with wraps again!

For those who have tried using products such as love to dream swaddles, how do you dress your baby before putting them in the swaddles?

My baby will be a spring time baby and I am wondering how I should dress him. I thought of letting him wear sleeveless body suits with leggings plus mittens before using the swaddle.

Would that be too little or too much? Any advice is appreciated.
