    I'm 5 dpo, AF due on 30th.

Quick question - a friend suggested inserting acidophilus 3 time per week. Sounds strange, anyone else heard of this?

I would not mess with the natural flora (bacteria) of your vagina, unless you are advised to by a Specialist.

    Where has everyone gone?!!
I am anywhere from 3-6 DPO, I really have no idea. This is definitely the hard bit, waiting. I think I will almost certainly be an August tester.

Hey J, the thread has been quiet with a few BFP and other moving to the August thread... When do you plan to test?

I wanted to ask you a question regarding exercising and pregnancy. Is it ok to keep going as normal in the 1st trimester (3 runs per week, slow jog of 7-9km, some strength sessions with abs work, and cycling classes from time to time)?

Oh and also, I have been tested with low vitamin D levels a month ago. Should my GP check for these levels now that I am pg? To make sure the supps I am taking are working? Cause so far he has only asked for Hcg...

    Thanks for your advice

I'm still here J !! Had trouble with bubhub on my phone.
Well no AF for me yet but I havent tested again. Maybe just late this month. Feel emotional today but got hit in the eye with a tennis ball at work and it really hurts so I just wanna sit and cry. Don't know if its hormones or pain today ! Haha
