My friend who's pregs never got a bfp till 20 dpo. So girls stay patient- it takes a while for the hormone to build up!

On the bright side, as we have discussed alot recently, your most fertile days are the 2-3 days before ovulation, and the 12 hours after...so if you had sex 2 nights ago, you have fulfilled this criteria...
    And good luck!
Thanks for the advice J37. There has been a lot of stresses later and I think everything just came to a head! All good now. Fx we caught the egg !

Busy day today. I had my pap & col today. Too early to test if I was preg, hoping if I am it stays there!

New and nice gyno, I am going to get bloods tomorrow so that will show me if my maybe baby was telling the truth last week!!! Also tests for the rest.

She really was so awesome. She told me not to stress etc, it will happen, etc. Then I asked about IV specialists in the area, and as there is none she does the basic investigating and she did not use a judging your impatient voice, she just went about her way and gave me the referrals to get bloods etc.

Still no comfort on the AICS. I know hysterectomy is inevitable, but I was just hoping she might say something different to everyone else!! l Also in two minds about that as well. In one mouthful it is hysterectomy because you cant test all the area's and it is more about the places you can't get too, then in the next mouthful she was so relaxed about oh take as long as you want.... Now to work out what I am comfortable with, how long do I give us TC??? blergh
    Sorry for the rant!!

    Good afternoon girls
Well for me it's day 13, but no +ve OPK yet, which is not too surprising. The interesting thing is that I have just had a "dip" in basal body temperature this morning, which usually precedes ovulation by 24 hours. But, this is just me trying to understand my physiology...in reality, I have my hubby on a second-daily sex duty roster this week, to cover all bases. Studies have shown that the more sex you have, the greater your chances of conceiving...it is really that simple. Problem is, we all work, have other kids, do endless other chores, etc, and sometimes you have to just schedule sex when TTC!
Well, that's me. I might sound like I am coping with this process, but in reality it is breaking my heart. I still mourn the pregnancies I lost, and still get teary thinking about them. Like all of us, I just want a straightforward conception and uneventful pregnancy.
Best wishes to you all, J.
