I had the same pain a few days ago too, not very comfortable is it?! Mine built up over a few days, then one night they were really painful! There is nothing to say that it is "bad" to have O'pains, some women simply get them & others don't. I just took some Panadol to ease them

    Good luck

Question- does implantation bleeding mean the same as spotting. Also when in cycle would you get implantation bleeding?
    Thanks in advance

Timing the deed is much harder than I had ever imagined. It use to be fun. Now I'm expecting to have o today, maybe tomorrow, but DP seems like he wants to do everything except go to bed. He knows the timing is right now. I'm starting to wonder if maybe he had cold feet. He keeps saying he hopes it will work though. I'd just love the chance. It's like he doesn't get it. Hmmm :-(

Is it safe to use a wheat bag on your tummy when you are conceiving or may have conceived ie during the tww? Is it safe during the 1st trimester, and the others? Has anyone heard of it being discouraged?

Implantation doesn't occur until about 5-6 days after fertilisation (which obviously happens soon after ovulation). So, can be any time after that. Some women have spotting (light bleeding) for several weeks which is attributed to implantation of the developing placenta into the endometrium (lining of uterus). J.

If it's just a heat pack, there is no reason why not.

Angelis, very sorry you miscarried. It is very heart-breaking. I still get teary when I talk about mine. I miscarried again last month and I couldn't believe it had happened again. Allow yourself to grieve for your loss. My spirits were lifted a bit when my cycle normalised, and I realised I could try again.
