J37- hello again. I have another question. Im now 5 weeks and so excited. The last few nights I've had an intensely dry sore throat with a bit of nasal congestion. Starts at about bed time, resolved by morning. I don't feel sick during the day, but I'm in pain at night. any ideas? Should I see a doctor. What do you think would offer the best relief?

Probably a viral illness, unrelated to the pregnancy. Just keep it very simple; paracetamol for the sore throat, and a decongestant nasal spray for congestion. Both are safe in pregnancy. J.

hi everyone, last day of July thread! Better go find myself the August thread but dont want to move! I am 10dpo here. Last month I only had a 9 day luteal phase so hoping that if I dont get my BFP that my luteal phase will be longer than a measly 9 days!

Last day of July...sad! Hope you all move over to the "TTC and not wanting to move!" thread. I tested today (? anywhere from 10-13 DPO, cannot be sure). Anyway, was negative. Trying not to be too sad
    But I am. J.
