HI All
My DS is 3 on the 18th of this month.
The last week or so he's had red cheeks on and off, and runny nappies.
He has all his teeth, all 20.
Today I looked in his mouth just to see if anything was going on and low and behold on the bottom at the back right hand side he has a massive lump which when pressed on is white and doesn't hurt and feels like a tooth!! He has a small one on the other side exactly the same???
Does anyone have any ideas???

My DD is 3 next month and had the rosy cheeks for a week now. Could it be you DS's molars? I know they are "two year old molars" but my DD has just cut her bottom two and yet to get her top two.
