Thanks for the tips glad its not just me! I will try taking it at night time. Currently having in am with water and breakfast after that maybe I feeds a full stomach and then take it like some antibiotics?
If it doesn't work I will finish the pack (so I don't waste $$) and switch to blackmores.
I have Thalassemia which means I'm iron deficient anyway whIch is pretty crappy, I could do with some more energy!
