    Thanks all! I had Metamucil the last 2 days and oats for brekkie and loads of water. Finally it worked!

    Glad to know commercial yoghurts in the supermarket are safe. Time to load up on it!

    be careful too much yoghurt can cause thrush during pregnancy

    Hi I was in same boat.. So went to pharmacy. The constipation might be from extra iron if u are taking elevit?
    They recommended I take Metamucil with my vitamins and recommended a laxative (have to check as only some are safe when pregnant) and prune juice. Good luck!
