Screw loose???? So it's ok for you to buy (not borrow) her baby clothes but she wants to borrow yours??? Weird - depends on how close she is ... If you don't really care I would keep them. Did you pay to have them cleaned or do it yourself?? I would at least get the $220 back

Tell her she can pick them up from your "friends" house, then direct her to the crazy crosswalk attendant

Tell her, that you thought that when you bought them, that you weren't aware that there would be an obligation on your behalf to give them back (or to lend), should the fact be- if she were to get knocked up again.

Let her know that by no means you're finished with the clothes yet (remembering they are indeed yours), as you haven't quite decided if you'll be having anymore children (even of you know that's a lie!) and you want to keep everything together for possible further use.

She clearly thinks in her head they are still hers wether the OP paid for them or not.

Sorry love but once you sell something it is no longer considered your property!

I also can't believe she said if they are mixed up then she'll just take the lot and use yours too and when she's stained and stretched them all she'll give them back.

Pffft No way. So not cool.

I agree with everyone else about selling them back to her for the minimum $220.

So I buy a used car, drive it for a while then leave it parked in my garage. Then the person of whom I bought this car becomes carless and asks me to give the car back.....
    Hmmmm?????? Ahh NO!!!
Whether I'm driving the car or not IT'S MINE....

I actually love the idea of dumping her in Crossing Guard's territory...if she escapes with her sanity intact she won't want to speak to me ever again.

I combined ideas and sent 'They're mixed up with my newly bought clothes and I have sold some already. I can't seperate them because it's all been drycleaned as a lot so looks new. If you just want the whole lot we can work out a deal. Cheers'
