U might have a boy anyway so might not need them. if theyre all mixed up with your things I'll get the lot and when she's outgrown them u can get them back'
So you bought these clothes 6 months ago? And she is saying that if the clothes are mixed up, she'll take your baby clothes as well, and then give them back once shes done?

WOW! Tell her to get knotted! That is so not cool!

I can see why you are not close to her

The only way she'd get them back for free from me would be to prise them from my cold, dead fingers

The clothes are yours fair and square. If you still want them, she'll have to go buy some more. You are under no obligation to sell/loan them back to her.

People get weird over baby stuff.

See, this is what I thought - rude to first of all expect the clothes back that you had bought FROM her but to then suggest she's entitled to your OTHER baby clothes as well?

She's a screw loose that one. Tell her you bought them, not hired them from her.

Agree with everyone else. Definitely not right in the head, surely. Who does that?
