I think you missed the memo GFP. They're looking for a car the Benji wants to drive that is disguised as 'dad appropriate'.

We are lucky DH's work has bought him a car of his choice for work and said he can use it for personal use as well and they also fitted it out with the anchor points for the kids. They let him pick whatever car he wanted (provided it was a ute) so he got a Hilux dual cab. He loves it!!

My little one's father came along when I got my car serviced recently, so had a perve on the nice pretty new cars. A new Jazz is under $20k. He would love to buy one, but doesn't have the funds available.

PS: It was the Jazz Vibe that we looked at, which has the ability to fold the seats down for maximum flexibility. The back seats can fold up to carry something tall like a bike, or down to make it into a makeshift minivan. And with the back seats folded down, the front passenger seat folds back on top of them to make even more room still. The versatility is what really appealed to him. The name however was offputting.

I'd go an Omega wagon or sedan. Good, reliable, and safe.
