Chocolate ganache! You just need cooking chocolate and Pure cream. For a little one I'd probably go for milk chocolate rather than dark. And any leftover ganache will freeze, or keep in the fridge for hot chocolate

Whipped cream with a bit of food colouring in it to make it pink, or purple or whatever colour she likes.

    milk choc ganache:

    1600g milk choc
    600ml cream

Gently heat the cream until just boiling. Stick chocolate in with it. Let it sit for a bit. Stir it, until it gets to a smooth consistency. It should go quite thick so that you can splodge it on/ spread it.

If it's too runny then stick it in the fridge for a bit. If it's too thick then you can microwave it for a short time and stir again.

Don't get water in it, or it goes funny. Tastes very yummy.

    Chocolate Frosting:

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    2/3 cup cocoa
    3 cups icing sugar
    1/3 cup milk (slightly warmed)
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Melt butter. Stir in cocoa.
Alternately add powdered sugar & milk beating to spreading consistency.

If too thick add a small amount of additional milk. Stir in vanilla.

This makes about 2 cups of frosting - enough to go in between 2 cakes and completely cover the outside of the cakes.

I find this a good standby and you can decorate the cake with various things - smarties round the edge is always popular, or pretty much any other lollies or decorations.

Hey guys I found a great filling. It's called nutella heaven.
U need 500g of Philly cream cheese. And nutella. Whip the cheese so it's fluffy then add nutella goodness to it lol. As much as u want or as little.
It tastes like dying and going to heaven, it's out of this world lmao
