A Sydney television news program is keen to speak to parents who have had serious complaints - or even horror stories - about the standard of care offered by child care centres. We are especially wanting to hear about the experiences of parents in the Sydney region. Causes of complaint may involve hygiene, safety, staff behaviour or substandard care.
