This is my first and I've had heartburn since about 6 wks.

I'm now taking Parriet as I couldn't deal with it anymore.

Really got bad at 16 weeks, but I used to get heartburn before I was pregnant. It stuck around right up until DS was born. I could handle the morning sickness but it was the heartburn that had me in tears. Hope it improves for you.

Oh I have had it since Day 1 I think - I didn't find out I was preggers until 8 weeks and went to the Doctor about the awful heartburn (I can't stop belching even after a sip of water) and indigestion! and then found out a couple of weeks later I was pregnant! though I have quite a sensitive digestive system to begin with so that probs makes it worse!

I started getting it occasionally from around 8 weeks...
It slowly got worse, and since about 18 weeks I've had it every day. I can usually manage it with a couple of quickeze, just hoping (against hope) that it won't get much worse.

I can't remember exactly, but its been with me for a while now. It's really amped up in the last trimester too. I got it really bad with my first from 35 weeks, had no idea what it was and just awful.

I've been able to keep it at a manageable level using Tums and/or Quickeze.
