Oh awesome which suburb? I refuse to have buy any wraps (except for the mountain bread ones).

North rd, Murrambeena ( it must be near Bentleigh as that's where my brother lives and he said its close)
My SIL just raved about it , she is a nutritionist , she spent an hour in the grocery section!

I do fortnightly shopping. And my week starts on a Wednesday. So here goes.

W: crumbed chicken balls (chicken mince, with herbs coated in cornflake crumbs cooked in oven) with herb crusted potato and sweet potato and veggies.

T: spaghetti bowl with garlic bread.

F: meatballs in plumb sauce with mash and veggies.

S: steak chips and eggs with onion and gravy.

    S: roast pork

M: roast pork and gravy rolls.

T: sweet and sour pork with fried rice

    W: cottage pie.

    T: chicken wraps with salad.

F: honey soy beef stir fry.

    S: sausages & potato bake

    S: roast lamb

M: roast lamb and gravy rolls.

T: whatever I have meal planned and haven't used throughout the week.
Most likely a mince or sausage dish.

We throw in some variations sometimes, with chicken burgers, a lazy pizza and DVD night on a Friday.
    Lamb cutlets if on special.
We always have frozen meat pies on supply if I'm exhausted and just cook some chips.

We are not soup or stew eaters at all.
Hubby likes a big meal, ds loves his veggies and dss loves meat.

I usually steam up veggies to go with everything, or grate them and add to spaghetti bowl, homemade sausage rolls, pasta sauces etc.

If we have a meal without veggies, desert will usually have fruit with it, custard and grapes and strawberries or banana splits.

We eat fairly well I think. I budget, which is not too hard as I have no Nappies or formula or allergies to worry about.

I try to keep it simple but different.

If we are having a limited $$ week, ill be lazy and do toasted sandwiches or spaghetti on toast.
