    Tuesday: stirfry
    Wednesday: soup
    Thursday: chow mein
    Friday: nachos
    Saturday/Sunday will depend on where we are at the time.

    Monday - boiled eggs, wholemeal pasta, cucumber, carrot sticks, sliced avocado and grated cheese (kids would happily eat a plate of this every night of the week)

    Tuesday - crunchy chicken salad

    Wednesday - grilled fish with homemade potato and sweet potato chunks

    Thursday - sausage and veg stew (made in slow cooker)

    Friday - BBQ: snags, chicken skewers, mushrooms and sliced potato on barbee served with salad

    Oh I'm so jealous!!

    Atm I'm eating fish with veg, lamb with veg, chicken with veg and more fish with veg!! I'm eating clean so no processed food for me. No high carb veg either. Mostly greens .... I shall drool over your dinners!!!

    Sunday- Chickpea curry, onion bajis, Bombay potatoes, yoghurt, rice, side salads.
    Monday- sweet and spicey veggie stir fry
    Tuesday- red lentil tomato curry served on jacket potato
    Wednesday- vegan nachos
    Thurs- Sweet potato and lentil soup
    Friday- homemade vegan pizza
    Saturday - some new Indian dish we decide to try

    All vegan and gluten free! So super yummy and healthy!!
