Sunday was roast beef (I did a terrible job though. I've lost my roast mojo). Monday was teriyaki chicken stir fry with hokkien noodles. Tuesday was steak with ricotta stuffed mushrooms and spinach. The rest of the week we have marinated lamb cutlets on polenta with beans, prawn fettuccine with creme fraiche and lemon and steamed fish fillets with soy & ginger glaze with stir fried veg and rice.
