    We love

chicken and veg stirfry with rice or noodles

Potato bake with marinated chicken pieces and veg

Now that the weather is getting colder what about pea and ham soup with crusty bead or chicken and veg soup ?

Sorry I couldn't suggest more, my brain is fried from a very boring day at work lol

So far I think we've had... BBQ on Saturday.
Devilled sausages and parmesan mash on Sunday.
Yesterday was Roast Chicken and veg.
Today we're having sausage and tomato risotto.
Tomorrow will be lamb stir fry.
Then the rest of the week we have a beef and red wine casserole, and tacos.
I've now lost 36kg thanks to the gastric sleeve!

I usually shop tomorrow. So I will do the menu for the week just gone.

-Jamie Olivers Tray Baked Chicken and vegies
-Nuggets and Chips for the kids (we had a beef curry)
-We had visitors one night (very rare) and they cooked main meal which was --Green Chicken Curry and I cooked Toblerone Cheescake for dessert.
    - Baked Beans and Toast for the kids (we had left over curry)
-Spag Bol tonight ( a new recipe, not out of a jar lol).

This week coming not sure yet. Don't need as many meals as my children are going to their Dads for the long weekend. We are going to Spirit House on the Sunshine coast for dinner as we got a voucher from work

    -Sizzle steak and vegies
-Chicken Wraps (I have a kit in the cupboard to use up)
    -Butter Chicken and Roti bread
    -Pumpkin Soup

ETA We might have Slow cooker Beef and Red Wine as well.

Um the others will depend on what is on special this week.

Last night, we had steak with cous cous that had corn, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, mushroom and onion in it.

Tonight, we had chicken, potatoes, parsnip, carrots, green beans and capsicum in slow cooker.

Tomorrow, will probably do stirfry as I won't get home from work until about 6.

Its easy to get in a rut isnt it? We seem to cycle through getting the same meat/making the same meals for a few months and then changing for a few months and then repeating the first cycle again.
    This week for us is:
Sunday - Fried rice with steak and bok choy
Monday - Grilled lamb over salad with a minted yoghurt sauce
Tonight - chicken curry with rice, pappadums and naan
Tomorrow - Crispy chicken tacos and salad
    Thursday - Steak and vegetables
Friday - Roast lamb and baked veggies
