DS broke the plastic bit that holds the blind in place when they hang.
Can I buy a replacement if so where from????

I'm not sure if/where you can buy replacements, but I've accidentally broken a few vertical blinds in my time!
If the part that is broken is the the little eyelet part on the vertical blind itself, I've found it's pretty easy to reattach it with some wire.
ETA - Have you looked on EBay? There's a lot of crap like that on there.
