Definitely need to hear if migrastick works. Please update as I'd be tempted to try again with them.

(I used similar thing when I lived in uk and it didn't work but I'm intrigued).

Yeah it's definitely related... Your eyes and nose and ear tubes are all connected so the pressure from sniffling puts pressure on the eyes and ears and that gives headaches too. I've always had hay fever and have always got sinus headaches... best thing for itchy eyes is this brand of eye drops called Naphcon-A, no antihinstamine tablets have ever ever worked, but these eyedrops have antihistamine in them and I guess cause you're putting it straight into your eyes instead of your tummy, it works on the hay fever faster. They burrrrrnnnnn though but it's the burn of relief lol
Also dehydration will give you loads of headaches as I'm sure you already know. But you need to drink water slowly, just keep sipping all day or have a small glass slowly every hour otherwise it just goes straight through you without a chance of hydrating you
