    DSW - direct shoe warehouse. I have found they have some boots that are good for skinny legs. Also Wanted have some.
    And I have actually come across a few shoe shops that have boots like that but I don't remember their names. They where in Westfields.

    Yeah, try Betts Kids, they have big sizes in nice leather. (ballet shoes but I'm sure they would have boots as well)

    Finally found some boots that fit my legs, for under $100. They aren't 'perfect' as the size 8 (my size) was a bit loose and the size 7 was a bit tight, no 1/2 sizes. So i had a hard time deciding which size to get and ended up with the size 8 pair, a bit annoyed though as i hate loose shoes and don't want to have to wear thick socks every time, better than squashed toes though (yes, talk about first world problem ).
    Anyway YAY for finally having boots that are *almost* perfect
