    Default skinny calf boots

Anyone know a good place to get boots that fit skinny legs?
I went to about 5 shoe stores today and it was miserable, most looked like giant gumboots on my stick legs
I am after flat boots or with only a very small heel.
Any ideas? I'm willing to pay a fair bit but only if they are good quality and fit well..

If all else fails, you can get them made online? Sorry I don't have a website link, but a friend of mine got some made (but she had the opposite problem to you - big calves) and the cost was surprisingly good.

I would like to avoid having to buy them online as it is so hard to tell how it would look on me once i get them (and going through doing returns or having a pair of shoes i can't wear is very unappealing). I often find i see shoes online and think they are great but when i go in store and try them on they look ridiculous...

I suggest ebay. Many of the boots are very skinny (made for the asian market) and give the circumference of the leg, so you can just look thru and find a pair to fit rather than going to 20 different stores.

eta I see you don't like online whoops lol

I've found Dianna Ferrari are quite skinny, have you tried them?

I'm exactly the same. I have found that stretch boots fit much better than leather. I had been looking for years for a pair as my old ones from nine west were completely worn out. I ended up finding some last winter at payless for only $60. Good luck.

Yep, Diana Ferrari was suggested to me as having a narrower calf but i tried on 4 pairs and all were still too wide.
