short cold (well not hot) showers, touch nipples as little as possible, as pp said express a bit (only until comfortable cause other wise you will keep your supply up - unless you want to keep your supply), wear a tight fitting bra (or 2), cold cabbage leaves in your bra can help with pain. i have also heard that people add water to a disposable nappy and freeze then put in their bra for pain relief, not sur if it is 1 nappy/boob or 1/2 nappy.

    hope this helps

Good luck with the weaning! If you feel yourself getting any sore lumps massage them gently. Don't express too much. If you get mastitis or blocked ducts I highly recommend getting a physiotherapist to use ultrasound on you. It worked a treat when I had it (no idea how it works).

Cold cabbage leaves inside Comfortable bra. Not tight. That can cause mastitis. And as others have said, express when uncomfortable but only as much as you need to get comfortable.
