    I make a few varieties , my DS has been eating these since 7 months and they freeze well - either mince chicken breast/fish/crab/turkey you can add whatever veggies on hand but the main ingredients in mine;

    1/2 bunch steamed broccoli heads ( cut fine)
    1 grated zucchini
    Corn from 1/2 cob cooked then either just mushed or blended
    1/2 cup peas
    1 clove garlic
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    Chopped fresh herbs ( usually coriander or basil)
    About 1/2 cup cooked rice/quinoa
    About 1/2 cup meat you are using

    Mix all in a bowl, add 1 egg and enough rice or bread crumbs to dry up the mixture ( so it can be formed into nugget shapes )
    Once in shapes roll into crumbs again and put in fridge for 1/2 hour

    Either fry in a little olive oil or put in oven tray to bake until golden

    With meat - I just make mini meat balls (lamb/beef) with parm cheese, herbs, onion and for veggie options I make falafel or lentil/chick pea cakes

    Don't be scared to add as many herbs/spices/garlic/veggies do she gets used to all the different flavors!

    I usually buy chicken breast and make up the batter being about 1 cup of milk, 1 egg and 1 cup plain flour. I add more milk as needed to the egg, flour and milk as i mix it up to a smooth runny yet thick kind of batter. Coat chicken and then roll in bread crumbs. Bake for about 40mins and they are awesome.

    I also do this for fish too.
