My first DS was a big night feeder, having 2-3 feeds s night whereas my 2nd DS is having his last feed around 7.30pm, going down around 8pm and waking 8.30am. I'm not sure if I should be waking him earlier to alter his last feed so he goes down earlier in the night therefore wake earlier???

My 4 month old goes down at 8:30pm and wakes up sometime around 4am. She'll then wake up every 2 hours for a feed. She's slept till 10am some mornings.

I'm still pretty much demand BF her but I make sure she has her last feed at 8ish to make it through the night.

Sometimes he will even wake later. The good thing is I can get my other toddler ready before he wakes up.

DS bed time has always been between 7 and 8 depending on how the day has gone. If your LO's bed time and wake times are working for you I would stick with it.

Wow! I wouldn't try change it for a thing! I'm sure he'll decide to change things up soon enough!

My 5 month old goes down at 7.30, is fed to sleep before that, so starts about 6.30 then wakes anywhere from 11 til 4 and will wake 3 hourly from then if he doesn't stay in our bed. Then is normally up at 7ish when his big brothers burst into the room... Although the last few mornings he's decided wake up time is 4.30-5 ish haha he thinks its a great time to play with mummy and daddy

DD is 3 months old and it's hard to give her a set bed time as she feeds, plays and sleeps at different times and for different amounts of time each day. How do you get your bub to a point where you can have a set bed time? Do you wake them up from their day naps? Or do you keep them up longer to arrange a set bed time.

DD sleeps from about 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 and then wakes to feed every 3 hours! So generally she'd sleep say from 7:30 till 10:30 then wake for a feed at 1:30, 4:30 then without fail will wake at 6 am (or earlier) as she's trying to push out a poo (sorry TMI - she has bad wind STILL!).

So singa from my point of view your baby's sleep routine sounds absolutely perfect to me! So don't go waking him!

Cuddlesawait- I dont worry about feeding gaps at the time of night for example, if she fed at 4 I still feed after her bath at 615.
If she fed at 5-530 I still feed at 615 after her bath.
She is demand fed during the day.

So at 615pm she is fed after her bath no matter what time she fed before that then she's in bed at 7 all fed up , hope that helps
