On friday my 4yr old said this to me as I was putting him in the car:
Ds: 'There's a baby in your tummy."
    Me: "what!"
Ds: " there's a baby in your tummy that's why your fat"

    Omg

My DS is only 19 months, but loves pointing out my moles. He gets really excited when I wear a singlet top and can see a mole near my armpit and one near my neck. He starts shouting "two moles!! Two moles!! Mummy two moles!!"

My DD when she was 3, just after I'd had her baby brother came into the bathroom while I was naked.

"Mum why are your boobs so heavy? They look like cows udders!"

    Gee thanks......
