DD1 and I were having a moment on the couch when an ad for the Ab Circle Pro came on. DD1 watched for a bit, then ever so sweetly and matter-of-factly turned to me and said "mum you need one of those!". Ugh, gee thanks kid.

Bonkers is offline wishes she was a glow worm. A glow worm's never glum, 'cos how can you be grumpy when the sun shines out of your bum?

My DS asked me what was wrong with my boobies. Now I don't know if he was referring to the fact that his chest is flat or that mine looked like baby ski jumps but I couldn't get my bra on quick enough. Sore enough point without a 5yo commenting!!

My mum always tells the story of when my nephew (her grandson) turned to her and asked 'Nanny, why you got those cracks on your face?' referring to her wrinkles! I think she was pretty crushed but she laughs about it now

Today after having a shower I was drying my legs and DS1 (almost 2.5yo) came and grabbed a hair with his little fingers and told me "long hair". Yeah, thanks buddy, I know I need to do my legs. Maybe if I have a free moment in my life I'd do it more often!

DS hasn't said anything to me yet, but I used to ask my grandma why her boobies were broken (saggy)

Well my 4 yo daughter told me today that I was the best ever at drawing tractors and that I was doing a really good job at drawing. That perked me up a bit!!!

DS can't talk and insult me yet but he loves pulling up my top and grabbing my belly fat and giggling. Tries to do it in public too.
