Vomiting gassy and fussy???

My 4 mth old has been gassy from the beginning but for the last couple of months she has been vomiting after every feed, fussy and also her poo is kind of slimy. Doctor says it's not reflux, her weight gain is still good. Anybody have any ideas what it might be???
She is breast fed and I have tried going off dairy, no change.

How'd you go? My dd is the same. The gas really causes her pain to! . I took her to the doc and was told I was over feeding her ( she is exclusively bf) and I needed to cuddle her. Um yeah thanks!! Have u had any luck?

Had some luck cutting dairy out of my diet but it took ages to notice a difference. I tried feeding smaller amounts more often but that didn't work.

Wow this sounds like my 5 month old dd. She was however diagnosed with reflux at 6 weeks, it was obvious as she had a lot of other symptoms. This has improved since being on medication but she is still suffering bad with gas pains etc as what you describe. I am at a loss as to what to do. Every health nurse & doctor i see tells me this is normal? I too went off dairy and there was no change. Sorry i have no advice but nice to know we arent the only ones dealing with this.

My bub was like this and it is horrible especially when docs say there is nothing wrong! If it helps they do grow out of it usually around the 6 month stage. I recently tried baby prebiotics and found its working for my bub. Maybe try that?
