Default Is your child allergic to something 'strange'

Sorry, not sure how to word it. Has anyone done an elimination diet on their child and then found out through blood tests later that their allergy is to an uncommon thing? If so, what are they intolerant/allergic to and how did you find out? My reason is that DD is getting hives, 4 weeks of dairy, gluten, wheat, preservative (listed), & citrus free she is still breaking out. It is still a week til we get skin pricks done as we are now reintroducing, but I have no idea what else could be causing it, her diet is raw and bland now, anyone got any similar stories to share? Thanks!

Have you eliminated fruit or just citrus fruit? I am allergic to kiwi fruit (don't think that counts as citrus?)

My husband ( possibly DS not sure yet) is allergic to raw fruits and veg, he can eat them cooked but not raw, especially fruits, apples, pears, peaches etc he's also allergic to hazelnuts but not peanuts (maybe that's because te peanuts are processed in some way??) he also gets very ill from battered deep fried foods.

The raw food problem is called
oral allergy syndrome, it's related to pollen I think, most sufferers also have hay fever.
