    Default Pregnancy vitamins WITHOUT iron?

Does anyone know of any? My iron levels have always been really good- but I'm feeling I'm getting too much (TMI- constipation)

This isn't a lot of help I know, but yes they do exist I just can't remember the names. Iron supplements made me too sick with morning sickness whilst pregnant so my doc gave me some without iron.

Just looked- apparently this is a "practitioner only" supplement

I know this doesnt answer your question about vitamins with no iron, but thought I would mention it incase you havent tried reduced iron multivitamins. I was taking Elevit and got terrible constipation so I switched to Blackmores Pregnancy Gold (still has some iron) and was heaps better. You may find you need iron more in third trimester and need that supplement again. But if you have an iron rich diet you should be right.

I did the same as HouseofFun - I started on Elevit and ended up switching to Blackmores. Even though it does have iron in it, was much better for my digestive system

I used Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Gold and became anaemic, so it can't have too much iron in it! I've been taking an iron extra supplement with it
