    Don't know DE but hope so. I remember DS must have had a lower heart rate cos being a worrywart I panicked about it. This bub was 168, so hoping it's a girl!

    My DS1 and DS2 were both in 140's at 12 week scan.
    This pregnancy (a girl) was in the 150's at 12 week scan.

    All the midwives were adamant I was having a boy.... it was a girl

    thanks for the replies. seems to be a falsey then?

    bubas was at 176bpm at ultrasound.

    i cant remember ds#1 but ds#2 was always hovering 140-150.

    My dd had a high hr all the way through pregnancy from the nt scan
    And dd2 who is still in utero had the same hr as dd give or take 1-2 all the way through as well from the dating scan

    DD was higher and I have guessed a few bubs sex correctly on heart beat so I believe it!

    Sure there are exceptions though

    Myth. My boys had higher heartrates than what DD did.

    DS heart beat was always higher
    Now 33 weeeks preg with DD her heart beat has always been on the lower side.
