Honey or darling- he used to tease me about calling him darl, til he came to a function at the aged care home I worked in, and saw how I had picked up the habit, now he likes it because I told him its a word with no other meaning- just pure affection
He calls me honey or lover-lover (not sure why!)

DH sometimes gets his first name but generally its babe, baby, babes, hun, love, lover

Its sounds super weird when he uses my first name as he never calls me that, he uses all those types of "names" too!

    His name.

We don't do cutesy names. Neither of us like them at all. We will pull one out occasionally to make the other cringe though.

Actually, if I'm going to call him something, I'll call him something that's actually a nasty word (things that would be censored on the forum...lol) but not in a malicious way.

I call him honey most of the time. Sometimes baby / babe / sweety / hun, or his nickname.

He mostly calls me by my kid-nickname (that my parents used to call me as a kid) but over the years i've started to hate it just because all his family think it is acceptible to call me that too and that's really sucked all the cuteness out of it.
    Otherwise it's wifey.

I dont recall either of us ever using our proper first names to each other.

I call DH by his name, we're not into the babe/honey/hon names, but he shortens my christian name and calls me that.
