Default 4 month old rolling and now won't sleep

Hi everyone, just seeking some advice. My 4 month old has just started rolling to her belly easily and now won't go to sleep! Prior to this she would self settle but only ever map for about 40 mins but now it takes me up to an hour to get her to sleep for 40 mins! Her night sleep is being affected too. Any suggestions welcome!!!

    Hi Op,

Until my DS was able to roll both ways we used a large muslin cloth like a blanket across him and tucked it in really tight at the sides. It pinned him down and stopped him from rolling over whilst asleep for a few weeks until he was more comfortable in that position. If you are still swaddling now would be a good time to start to transition out of this too. Alternatively there are anti roll cushions that you could try. You will probably have a few weeks of less than idea sleeping until bubs works all of this out and feels more comfortable again.

My baby was the same so I did some research and bought a safe t sleep.
Best money I have ever spent. It keeps her down now that she can pull herself up and it will fit up to 3 years old. Gives me peace of mind as well.
