Default OPK users - input please?

So I did a OPK yesterday lunchtime and got a dark line - not quite as dark as the control but even when I surge it's never quite as dark. Obviously I think I'll ovulate today. Then just for interest I did another lunchtime today and the line is even darker than the control. Which would surely say it was actually today I had the surge.

The thing is my EWCM has dried up, and my cx has dropped and is now closed. I know my body pretty well and that normally signals the day after O. So by my body yesterday was the surge.

So which day did I get the surge? I'm starting to think these tests are more confusion than they are worth

I'm normally CD14/15 like clockwork but since my m/c my cycles have been all over the place. Even if the OPK was right yesterday, I should ovulate today and those post o symptoms should have come tomorrow. So it's like I o'ed yesterday even though you are meant to o 8-36 hours after the pos.

Gah I don't know, these OPK's are driving me nuts

I started temping this month but they were all over the place so I stopped.

I had one very clear positive the line was actually darker than the controll and then exactly 36 hrs later the pains started but they were post O pains. I think they are very accurate where as cervix feel and position is not as reliable. Just dtd to cover all bases and good luck!!!! Oh and my. Device has been changing every day and I'm now 16dpo so god knows Wat it's doing lol
