    Default Unborn baby spasms

Is it normal for a unborn baby to have what feels like constant spasms? I am 26+3 with a girl

Could they be hiccups? Are they regular jerky movements? Just a thought

Lol! I'm 29 weeks and I'm getting the exact same thing! More noticeable when I lay on my side too!

I don't remember feeling them in the first pregnancy either! And I don't think they are hiccups either....

I had that happen last night, constantly but only for 5-10 minutes :O

It frightened me to death! Hasn't happened since though thank goodness, I'm not sure I could cope with it again...

I get the same thing, it's like bub is twitching. Both my previous daughters did as well. After they were born they twitched in their sleep. Absolutely nothing wrong, just a quirk try had and grew out of. I jut put it down to bubs reflexes and learning muscle control.

I'm 38weeks & I get that too, I just assumed it was her twitching in her sleep, as i know what her hiccups feel like- she has them 1-3 times a day!
