Default *semi spin off* did you subsequent babies get bigger?

There's a thread about due dates with subsequent babies, but I'm wondering if the babies weighed more when born with the more you had.

Mine second was a pound bigger than my first. So I'm not expecting a big jump.

However, my mum had 4 kids, first was the biggest, second was only a few ounces behind the first, third however was 3 pounds small and the fourth was a pound smaller again.

Is there a pattern? Or are you just lucky? (Or unlucky if you're thinking about your poor v.agina lol)

DD2 was nearly a pound smaller than DD1, both born around the same gestation.

Ds was born at 38+3 weeks and was 4kg.
dd was born at 39+3 weeks and was 4.4kg.

Not having anymore, but if I did I don't think I'd be allowed to go much past 38 weeks as dd got a little stuck and broke her collar bone on the way out cause she was too big!

I only have two and they weighed exactly the same - 7lb 15oz.

DS1 was 40+8 and DS2 was 40+10. Guess they liked it in there...
