Default Chance of miscarriage 9 weeks?

How far along when you were open to tell people you were expecting. Also does anyone know the chance of
Miscarriage after 9 weeks? I have had 5 ultrasounds with this pregnancy and OB is happy with everything.
I just busting at the seems to tell family I am so excited!

Chance is reduced to less than 2% after eight weeks and hearing a heartbeat

Me personally? I don't tell anyone until after 12 weeks. I lost a baby at 10 weeks so I don't risk it. And even then we really only tell close friends and immediate family.

I told people with this pregnancy at about 8 weeks pregnant. Although when I was pregnant with DS I waited till I was 12 weeks as I had a m/c and fell pregnant straight away without having a period so I was worried.

Pretty much as soon as I got a BFP, with DS1 I was already 10weeks when I found out. With DS2 we found out early and I announced when I was around 5weeks. With my ectopic I announced straight ahead but it was ectopic and awful having to tell everyone the pregnancy wasn't viable so I waited until 10weeks with this bub and after I saw a healthy strong heartbeat JIC

I told my family at 5 weeks, I decided that as they knew we were TTC that if I lost the baby I would need their love and support and for them not to make upsetting comments.
