Default teacher aide - selection criteria.

i am stuck and need help. i am applying for a teacher aide position.
I have a cert III in childcare and studying my cert III in education support.

so one of the key selection criteria is as follows:

    1. Supports Strategic Direction
Knowledge of or ability to learn quickly about classroom activities and procedures, use and maintenance of resources and school policies.

I have answered the first part but i am not sure what to put for use and maintenance of resources and school policies.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    thanks

Well resources would be any resources provided by the school for the child you work with and it would be your duty to ensure they were used properly and maintained (updated etc) when necessary. Also to ensure they we implemented correctly. The school policies is just asking if you will adhere to their rules and regulations and make sure you have up to date knowledge of any policies in place and how they affect you and children in your care. Policies would also include reporting of incidents etc

You can probs google for some help and advice or 'exemplary answers' and the like!
