If there's anyone else doing the diet (low sals, low amines, low glutamates, preservative and additive free) - share some recipes/meal ideas?
We're doing the RPAH diet plus no gluten or dairy (or nuts as DS1 is allergic).
Last night we had soup with yellow split peas, carrots, parsnip, green beans, and brussle sprouts.
Tonight I think we'll have chicken meat balls (with carrots, rice crumbs, celery, egg and of course chicken), with either rice or rice pasta.
Oh how I miss tomatoes!!!!!!!!!
