    Default Euky Bear Vaporisor

    Hi All!

Just wondering if anyone else out there has purchased a Euky Bear vaporisor and had issues with it?

We bought one last week for our 6 month old DS, and the first couple of times it worked great. Until it ran out of water. Since then I have refilled it according to the directions, but it won't seem to work.

    Any suggestions?

    TIA,

    Mel

Hi there..... I had the exact same thing with 3 consecutive vaporisers. Each time I would take it back to the place of purchase, as it was under warranty, and the shop would give me a new one. It would work for a few times and then all of a sudden, stop. I was embarrassed to go back a forth time, as I was worried that they would think I was trying to scam them somehow. So I call the distributor (should be a 1800 on the box or warranty card). They were fantastic.....and said that they were aware of this problem, something to do with different electric charges blowing a fuse or something (sorry, not very technical), but with no questions asked they sent me a Vicks Vaporiser free of charge. Very professional service.
