    This. Exactly. I wore ear plugs, slept in the lounge, dealt with sleep deprivation. The best thing DH ever did was get assessed and get a CPAP machine. I sleep better and he says he wakes up feeling rested. DH was actually waking up 30 times an hour, wasnt dreaming as he never got into deep enough sleep and stopped breathing so many times. For over a minute on some occasions. Its worth getting checked out.

    OP sorry just hijacking your thread here for a minute, but I really need to know & maybe someone in this thread can help me...
    Can anyone tell me what they paid for a CPAP machine? I've heard that they are very expensive.
    Also, does anyone know if you can hire them/pay it off/or get a discount with a health care card?
    We can't get in to see the specialist until the middle of this month! Still no results from the test and the baby will be here soon...
