Default How long before you were due did u wash bubs clothes an pack your bags?

I'm 33 weeks on wed and haven't washed any clothes or packed anything as my DH keeps saying it's too early and the clothes won't be "fresh" once DD arrives if I wash them now. I had my DS at 36 + 4 weeks due to complications which I have hot with this pregnancy as well.

It's time. Tell you HB you need to do it now, unless of course he wants to do it later

At most, you've got 9 weeks before bub comes (as most docs won't let you go more than 2 weeks over). I'm pretty sure there are some clothes in yours and hubbys drawers that haven't been washed for longer than that (assuming here- I know personally I have ones I haven't worn for months sitting around in drawers!) Definitely pack the bag, and at least wash the smaller size clothes so you're prepared - so the 00000, 0000 and possibly the 000s, depending on if you think bubs will be small or bigger.

At about 32 weeks. It's definitely not too early!

I washed the clothes last weekend, i'm 21weeks lol. But that's all my boys old baby clothes that were in storage, I pulled them out to see what else I needed and figured i would wash them too.
All the brand new clothes will get washed when i'm around 30wks.
As for bags, I've already started mine, just collecting and adding things as I see them on special, but will have them completely packed by 38wks.

I won't be going past 37 1/2 weeks so max 4 1/2 weeks to go which is apparently ages to pack haha

I will start washing and packing this week I love packing my bags so exciting and getting to wash all the tiny bubba clothes!

Also is it too much to take a normal size suite case for a 7 day stay??

I shouldn't think so. 1 week is a long time, especially since you're going to need plenty of maternity pads, clean underwear, comfy clothes, things to keep you occupied, etc.
I personally would take a seperate one to the labour, and then get your DH to bring you the other, bigger one once you're settled into your room. So perhaps in your labour bag have the essentials and one change of clothes for you, and in the bigger one pack all the rest?
