It's a hard one, it takes all my will power to walk past the cute baby things at the shops but dp said we'd go crazy buying stuff once we're utd so theres no need to start now.

I bought a pram just after we started trying because i saw a good one at a brilliant price. Then it took me a long time to fall pregnant and seeing that pram just sitting there that long made me a bit depressed. But at the same time it can be a good idea to buy beforehand so you're prepared. I was so excited when i finally got to use that pram!

Do whatever you want I dont think buying something would cause you to miscarry. However if you feel you would find it difficult to have the things if you miscarried then maybe leave it.

for what it is worth, I bought stuff before falling PG with DD and she turned out fine. I avoiding buying things when I got PG last year and miscarried...

We have loads of things - mainly furniture based! It cheers me up each month when AF turns up to get something and OH is fine with it. We keep it boxed in the garage or hidden in wardrobes so it isn't constantly reminding me of the BFNs though!

No I didn't. I always felt it would "jinx" us.

But that didn't stop me window shopping on Google all night long!!!
