    That cake looks great! Re: the marshmallow fondant all I use is melted marshmallows and icing sugar, and colouring.

    Thanks everyone, you've now made me feel a bit more confident to take it tonight, ha ha

    H&C - I used 'solite' too as a PP mentioned, purchased from a cake decorating shop.

    Thanks for the recipe - I'll try that next time as I hate the taste of normal fondant. Does it go hard like normal fondant though, so I can make decorations?
